Delivery

All orders will be shipped after credit card approval and order processing. This process takes two working days, at which time the order will be shipped. Your order should then reach you within 3 working days of despatch within the UK, within 5 working days of despatch to mainland Europe, within 10 working days to U.S.A & worldwide.

Lovespoon designs are normally in stock, unless otherwise stated. We will notify you by email if, for any reason, there is any delay. Orders which require engraving will however take 21 days.

Delivery is £ 4.50 for U.K & E.U or £ 6 for USA & Worldwide

Shipping to all International destinations is by Air Mail & 1st Class Royal Mail to U.K.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund.
