Size 10" (25cm). Handcarved polished Olivewood. Meaning: Ship - Sailing a smooth passage through life. Heart - Love. Since the early days of the Welsh Lovespoon in the 1500s, many Welsh sailors carved their lovespoons to bring home to those they had missed. Just one of the themes seen throughout the Welsh Lovespoon tradition.
